Hi, I’m Valerie Davis — a certified mental health coach, speaker, and founder of True You Co., a faith-based wellness brand dedicated to helping women heal, grow, and step into their true identity. My passion for mental health advocacy runs deep, shaped by personal battles with depression, the heartbreak of losing my brother to suicide, and the journey of rediscovering who I was while raising a family and navigating life’s storms.

With over a decade of lived experience, professional training, and community involvement through organizations like NAMI, I combine real-life understanding with trauma-informed tools, emotional clarity practices, and faith-rooted encouragement to walk alongside you in your healing. I've developed this course as a safe, supportive space for women to process their pain, rebuild their inner voice, and find renewed purpose.
